The house is on two levels with a huge deck on the upper level and a paved patio on the lower area. Both of these outdoor areas are screened from neighbouring properties to ensure your privacy. There are two fully equipped kitchens, 7 bathrooms and a laundry.
The shared areas are furnished and are cleaned fortnightly by commercial cleaners.
There is a dedicated smoking area in the back yard as smoking is not permitted in the house or on the deck or patio.
We cater for international and local students and young working adults. Leases are for a semester. From January to July and from July to January. Occasionally we have a rooms available for a shorter time
There is a coin operated laundry on the lower level.
Rent includes gas & electricity.
Plenty of off street car parking is available
